Pinball Capital proposes arcade at 3200 W. LeMoyne; zoning review set for Sept. 16

Mayor Beniamino Mazzulla told trustees that a business plan from Pinball Capital—an operator with an arcade in Wisconsin—was included in the Board packets and that the company is interested in purchasing the property at 3200 W. LeMoyne to open an amusement establishment.
The property currently has 14 parking spaces; Zoning requirements may require additional spaces. Trustees agreed to allow the public parking on 32nd Avenue to be counted toward the property's parking total. The Zoning Board is scheduled to review the Special Use application for an Amusement Establishment on Sept. 16, 2025 and will report findings to the Board at its Sept. 23 meeting.
If the Board approves the Special Use after the Zoning Board report, Pinball Capital will present a business plan to the full Village Board for final consideration. The minutes do not record any final Board decision at the Sept. 9 committee meeting.
