The Executive Committee approved several procedural motions and entered an executive session at its Feb. 7 meeting to discuss a potential contract.
Catherine McMains moved to approve the Jan. 3, 2024 Executive Committee meeting minutes with one correction (page 3, line 30: correct the spelling of 'said'); Michael Bissonette seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Later, McMains moved to enter executive session to discuss a potential contract with VELCO on the basis that premature public knowledge would place the public body or a person involved at a substantial disadvantage; Michael Bissonette seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. The committee exited executive session at 7:48 p.m.; the exit motion was moved by Catherine McMains and seconded by Elaine Haney.
Elaine Haney then moved to adjourn at 7:48 p.m.; Michael Bissonette seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
