The CCSD 62 Board of Education took several procedural actions at its June 15 meeting.
Board member (Speaker 5) moved to approve closed-session minutes of May 18 and May 29; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call with ayes recorded for board members present. The board then considered and approved a multi-item consent agenda that included: a revised personnel report; approval of the 2026–27 student handbook common pages; an intergovernmental agreement between District 62 and the Des Plaines Park District; authorization of contract approvals; approval of minutes for the May 18 business meeting and the May 29 special meeting; District 62 net payroll for May 2026; warrant registers and reported bills for multiple May dates and June 4; and the monthly financial summary for May 2026. The consent motion was seconded and approved by roll call with ayes recorded.
Later in the meeting, board member (Speaker 5) moved that the board enter closed session to consider specified personnel matters, auditor/finance issues and school safety topics. The motion was seconded and approved on a roll call vote; the public meeting adjourned with no further public action.
The meeting record lists the roll-call names called during votes (as spoken at roll calls during the meeting) but public minutes and motions as presented contained no recorded no-votes, abstentions or amendments in the public session.
