The Dedham selectmen voted Jan. 8 to extend the town’s existing winter maintenance contract with Nolan Webber for three additional years, approving a 5% annual increase each year.
The selectmen recorded the following annual rates as part of the extension: $283,615 for 2026/2027; $297,800 for 2027/2028; and $312,685 for 2028/2029. The contract-holder, Nolan Webber, asked the board whether the town would be interested in the extension; the board approved the proposal by a 3-0-0 vote.
