The first agreement is a $99,100 design contract for reconstruction of taxi lanes around T hangars; staff said the work addresses pavement beyond its useful life and FAA clearance standards. The second agreement authorizes $32,900 for sign replacement design, including new LED signage as part of an approximately $100,000 project. The third agreement approves $28,700 for engineering work tied to pavement maintenance (crack sealing on Runway 17/35 and Taxiway B) as part of a roughly $160,000 maintenance project.
City staff explained the projects will be mostly funded by FAA/state grants (about 97.5% of project costs), with a small city share. Council approved each resolution by roll call without further comment.
Staff said the taxi lane work is design‑only in 2026 and that construction/phased implementation will follow design and grant requirements.
