The Town Manager explained the contract had been saved with an earlier invoice and that current availability in the technology budget ($3,200 remaining) would cover part of the contract; the board agreed to pay the balance from unanticipated funds this fiscal year and to include the full amount in next year’s proposed budget.
A motion to approve the contract and payment this year was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board asked that staff continue to track hours and include the full contract amount in the FY2027 budget documentation.
