Warden reports 77 inmates, MAT licensing progress and staffing vacancies at Warren County Prison

The warden also reported that one person is sitting on a 302 emergency commitment at Warren General and that staffing remains an issue: two full-time corrections officer positions are open and one sergeant has submitted a resignation, creating potentially three vacancies the department needs to fill. The board discussed recruitment and probationary-period options for recently hired staff.
Board members moved to accept the warden’s report during the meeting.
