Salem Township Planning Commission re-elects officers, approves minutes

Connie Mattei was elected chair of the Salem Township Planning Commission on Jan. 7, 2026, after a motion by Paul Holleran that John Wright seconded. The commission also elected Paul Holleran as vice chair and Kelly Otto as secretary; each nomination passed unanimously.
The commission approved the minutes of its Dec. 3, 2025 meeting (Eichinger, Tresco Lot Consolidation) on a majority vote. Paul Holleran and Connie Mattei voted to approve the minutes; John Wright abstained.
The meeting, held at the municipal building, opened with roll call and a brief acknowledgment that the Board of Supervisors accepted the resignation of former planning member John Durco. The commission set its next regular meeting for Feb. 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. if an agenda is posted.
