Chair James Thurlow called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Tremont Town Office Harvey Kelley Meeting Room. Town Clerk Sarah Abbott read the roll; the minutes list Chair James Thurlow, Select Board members Kevin Buck, McKenzie Jewett and Eric Eaton, Town Manager Jesse Dunbar and Clerk Sarah Abbott as in attendance. On a motion from Howard Goodwin, seconded by Kevin Buck, the board voted unanimously to excuse Select Board member Eric Eaton from the meeting.
The board approved the minutes of March 17, 2025, on a motion by McKenzie Jewett, seconded by Kevin Buck. The minutes record that the motion passed 3–0–1, with Howard Goodwin abstaining.
The board approved three FY25 warrants—#96 for $32,803.75, #97 for $16,268.31 and #98 for $25,019.07—on a motion by Howard Goodwin, seconded by Kevin Buck. That motion passed unanimously.
Kevin Buck moved and Howard Goodwin seconded a motion to approve and sign the warrant for the 2025 Annual Town Meeting; the motion passed unanimously. Buck then moved, and Chair Thurlow seconded, to confirm the next regular meeting for Monday, April 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Office; that motion also passed unanimously.
On a motion by Kevin Buck, seconded by McKenzie Jewett, the board adjourned at 5:04 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Town Clerk Sarah Abbott; the signature block lists James Thurlow (Chair), McKenzie Jewett (Vice Chair), Eric Eaton, Howard Goodwin and Kevin Buck.
