Mr. Gingras described the request as a recurring transfer from Comcast receipts to fund PATT TV at 90 percent. Councilor Gamache moved approval of the transfer from the reserved cable receipts account 2700000-33017 to cable fund expense account 270-0000-53007 in the amount of $186,131.46.
After no discussion, a roll-call vote recorded Daigle (yes), Garnish (yes), Turco (yes), Manning Martin (yes) and Peach (yes); the motion carried 5–0. The committee did not amend the funding level or source during the session.
