Jeff Bickford criticized the resident’s public comments on social media, saying he is "tired of all the negative comments she has put on Facebook."
The board did not take a formal enforcement action at the meeting; it agreed to attempt outreach and to explore physical changes that would allow plow drivers to work safely while preserving emergency access.
