The committee recorded attendance (Mary Walsh; Peter Walsh; Dave Probert; Allan Moeller; Kathy Moran; David Griffin) and approved the minutes as presented. Under general announcements, members agreed to change the regular meeting start time to 6:00 p.m.
Committee members also reviewed plans for upcoming events and maintenance projects, including the town tree lighting, a Downeast Brass concert, repairs at St. John’s meetinghouse, trails outreach and Summerfest planning. The meeting closed following other business and an announcement about the Veterans Memorial ceremony.
