Members also noted damage to the back of one dugout that became detached in a recent storm and said that repair work will need to be scheduled alongside the fence project. The committee directed staff to develop a promotion plan for the sponsorship initiative and to confirm whether sponsorship payments would qualify as tax-deductible write-offs for sponsors.
