Council Member Martin moved to accept the meeting agenda as presented; Council Member Jason Lowe seconded and the motion passed with five yeas (Harrison, Martin, Lowe, Ishmael, Rowland). Council Member Martin then moved to accept the minutes as presented; Council Member Harrison seconded and the motion passed with five yeas.
On an agenda item, the council voted to approve Short Term Special Use Permit 2025-04 for the Art Center of North Arkansas to host Music at the Gazebo on May 15 and June 12, 2025 (5:30–7:30 p.m.). Council Member Martin moved to accept the permit; Council Member Ishmael seconded; the motion passed with five yeas.
