The Planning Board reviewed a modest residential proposal at 222 Union Avenue and agreed to classify the project as a Type 2 action. The application proposes a roughly 22-by-32-foot flagstone patio with an exterior fireplace and accompanying stormwater measures.
Applicant engineer Greg Catripoli said the design would remain under the village’s impervious coverage limits and no trees would be removed; site plans should show tree-protection measures for adjacent trees. Consultant John Keller noted a handful of technical stormwater comments that the applicant’s engineer agreed to address on the plan set. The board approved the Type 2 classification and noted the required Westchester County notification.
