The Planning Board reviewed and approved a site-plan resolution for 877 Port Drive at its Feb. 12 meeting after the applicant team confirmed consultants’ comments had been addressed.
Gregory Lewis of Lewis & Lewis Architects and Nicholas Shraya of Hudson Engineering presented the application and said the revisions satisfied prior review comments. Village consultants Susan Oakley and John (Kellard Sessions) indicated remaining technical notes were addressed, and John confirmed the sewer-main connection details had been coordinated with the Department of Public Works.
The board added a condition requiring the applicant to reuse the existing sanitary sewer service, perform a video inspection of the existing pipe connection and update the site plan to reflect that work before submitting for a building permit. The resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by recorded vote.
