East Rockhill Planning Commission reappoints leadership and approves minutes

The East Rockhill Township Planning Commission reorganized its leadership and handled routine administrative business at its Feb. 12 meeting in Perkasie. Chairperson Joe Chellew was appointed unanimously after a motion by Commissioner Blake Eisenhart and a second by Commissioner Richard Kelly. The commission also named Anne Fenley vice chair and Dave Nyman secretary by unanimous votes.
The commission acknowledged receipt of the township’s 2025 Annual Report. Commissioners then moved to approve the minutes of the Nov. 13, 2025 regular meeting; that motion carried with all members present voting in favor.
No public comment was recorded on the administrative items. The reorganization and minutes approval set the procedural footing for the evening’s substantive reviews of subdivision and sewage-planning matters.
The commission adjourned its business portion of the meeting after taking subsequent actions later in the session.
