Atkinson trustees approve $440 disbursement for police station engineering

The Trustees of the Trust Fund for the Town of Atkinson voted 2-0 on Feb. 4, 2026, to disburse $440 from the Building Needs ETF to Keach-Nordstrom Associates, Inc. to cover engineering work on the town's police station project.
The trustees noted that the Board of Selectmen (BOS) previously approved up to $7,500 on May 19, 2025 to engage the town engineer for assessing and repurposing town-owned properties; the TTF concluded the $440 payment meets the Building Needs ETF criteria. The minutes record cumulative disbursements from that authorization as $1,448.50, $3,891.20, and the current $440, totaling $5,779.70 spent to date of the $7,500 approved by the BOS.
Danielle Zeyher, Trustee Chair, and Chris Tardif, trustee, were the members present and comprised the 2-0 vote approving the disbursement. The TTF transferred $440 from the Building Needs ETF to the Town of Atkinson general fund on Feb. 4, 2026; the transfer was to be processed on Feb. 5, 2026. The TTF meeting adjourned at 11:18 a.m.
