Manager Marianne Hart Morano told the board a Contract for Professional Services and escrow are on file; by consensus, the board authorized the Township Solicitor and Township Engineer to enter into discussions regarding the potential new tower. The meeting minutes record consensus rather than a formal motion for this item.
Public Works Director Jeff Scholl reported salt delivery delays from the authorized bid provider during a recent large snow event. To maintain road safety, the department purchased salt from another source and arranged third‑party trucks to pick up material from the bid supplier. Supervisors Gary Volovnik and Dave Nyman commended Public Works for keeping roads safe during the storm.
The board also acknowledged that the township's 2025–2026 fuel bid supplier has changed to Riggins Fuel, and asked Manager Morano to draft a recommendation on a health‑insurance opt‑out provision for a future meeting. The meeting adjourned into executive session at 7:45 PM.
