The East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors authorized two development‑related escrow releases at its Jan. 27 meeting.
The board voted to release escrow funds tied to three Pennridge School District projects (tennis courts, added parking and a storage/maintenance building) totaling $1.5 million in escrow, contingent on the school district signing a declaration that the third parking area cannot be constructed without resubmission to the township. Engineer Steve Baluh, P.E., and Pennridge School District representative Craig Bramble Jr. described the projects; Supervisor Gary Volovnik moved the authorization and Supervisor Jim Nietupski seconded. All supervisors present voted in favor.
Separately, the board approved Authorization Voucher 2 dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $100,507 payable to Sunshine II, LP for concrete and pavement improvements at the Everleigh Woods development. That motion was made by Supervisor Nietupski, seconded by Supervisor Volovnik, and passed unanimously.
The Pennridge School District escrow release explicitly conditions the distribution on a written declaration that would require re‑submission to the township if the third parking area is to be constructed in the future. The authorization and voucher approval were recorded in the meeting minutes; the funds and any required declarations are on file with township engineering and records staff.
