With no members of the public speaking, the hearing was closed and the board moved directly to the adoption vote. The ordinance and the franchise agreement are now on file with the township clerk.
The adoption places the franchise agreement under the authority of Ordinance 301; the board’s motion and the recorded acceptance were unanimous among voting supervisors at the meeting. The township did not record any conditions attached to the approval during the meeting. The board moved on to other agenda items after adoption.
