Abby Hiltsley, reporting for the Waite Hill Planning and Zoning Commission and the Architectural Board of Review, told the council that the Chapin Ledges storage barn, a swimming pool on Metcalf Road and rooftop solar panels for a residence on Gardenside Drive were approved.
Hiltsley said an addition proposed for an Eagle Road residence will require a variance, and that a separate Eagle Road project seeking to construct a 7,000 square‑foot accessory building will require a sideline setback variance. She also reported a Markell Road property that proposed a barn needs a site plan and additional information before it can move forward.
No formal variance votes were recorded in the minutes; the report summarizes approvals and items that will need further submissions to the board for variances or site-plan review. The planning and zoning report was entered into the minutes for reference.
