Alternate Karen McFadden moved to approve the Jan. 21 minutes; Selectman Bob Worden seconded and the board voted 5–0–0 in favor. Later, Member Edward Stewart moved to adjourn, Selectman Worden seconded, and the board voted 5–0–0. Chair Sue Killam adjourned the meeting.
No zoning ordinances, amendments, or formal actions beyond those procedural votes were adopted during the session. The next Planning Board meeting is a public hearing scheduled for Feb. 18, 2026.
