Council approved the minutes of the Aug. 26, 2025 meeting (mover: Leist; second: Sweet). Fiscal Officer Robert Storm presented the August financial report and bank reconciliation; council approved it (mover: Whitacre; second: Beair). The Administrator presented the August Mayor's Court report; the council approved that report (mover: Whitacre; second: Sweet).
Council also set the village Trick-or-Treat for Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (mover: Sweet; second: Leist). The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn (mover: Hanna; second: Leist). The minutes show all five present council members—Leist, Sweet, Beair, Whitacre and President Rick Hanna—voted "Yes" on the recorded motions. Mr. Davoli was excused earlier in the meeting and is not recorded voting.
