Norwich Township trustees enter executive session to consider personnel, reconvene and adjourn

Vice Chairman Rick Tidd moved at 5:31 p.m. to enter executive session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(1); Chairman Greg Young seconded the motion. Trustees Sonny Cantrell, Rick Tidd and Greg Young each voted yes and the motion passed.
The record lists Fire Chief Dave Baird, Assistant Fire Chief Jake Wells and Township Administrator Jamie Fisher as present for the meeting. The board reconvened from executive session at 6:01 p.m. after a motion by Chairman Greg Young, seconded by Mr. Tidd; the motion passed unanimously. One minute later, at 6:02 p.m., Mr. Young moved to adjourn the special meeting, Mr. Tidd seconded and the motion again passed unanimously.
