Council grants one-year extension for planned self-storage and boat-storage project

Councilmember Liz Stone moved to approve Resolution No. 2025-49 to extend the conditional use permit; Joe Christensen seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. No new construction timeline or additional permit conditions were specified in the transcript.
The extension allows the applicant to continue preparing the site and to pursue required permits and construction without the CUP lapsing.
