Lebanon Township committee approves professional services list and adopts amended personnel/contract resolution after executive session

The mayor noted additions to the professional-services roster, including Laura Atwell (CPA), Kevin Zelensky (engineer) and Peter Velasnos (Millennium Strategies/consultants) as newly listed professionals for 2025.
The committee moved to approve a grouped set of resolutions covering the 2025 slate (identified in the meeting as a series from the early-resolution numbers through the mid-20s) and recorded affirmative roll calls on the motions. The body also approved resolutions appointing municipal court professionals, emergency management coordinators and deputy coordinators, and designated Carolyn Budd for several municipal administrative roles.
The committee adopted Resolution 27-2025 to go into executive session to discuss contract negotiations and personnel; the public notice in the session stated there might be action on return and mentioned a possible shared-services agreement for a chief financial officer with Andover (referred to as a possible Resolution 29-2025). After reconvening, the committee considered and approved Resolution 28-2025 as amended; members said the amendment removed specific salary language present in the original draft (discussion referenced a 40-hour workweek and deletion of explicit salary figures). The motion to adopt the amended resolution carried on roll call.
