Board unanimously approves 19.6-acre Agricultural Security Area application for Heffner Road property

Solicitor Joseph Bresnan opened the public hearing; the application had been advertised twice and the property posted. The Upper Hanover Township Agricultural Advisory Board, the Montgomery County Planning Commission and the Township Planning Commission reviewed the application and recommended inclusion. No members of the public spoke during the hearing. The board approved the application by unanimous motion.
