Selectmen accept Planning Commission resignation and authorize Housing Opportunity Program grant application

Town Manager Marjorie Stratton reported the Comprehensive Plan needs updating and the board agreed she should request a proposal and estimate from the Midcoast Council of Governments (MCOG) to assist. Stratton said she would like to discuss PERS at the next meeting to determine whether it should be part of the budget; she also noted that Amber Cristie has returned as Knox County Administrator and that there has been no progress on deputy contracts. Selectman Leslie Dyer asked clarifying questions about the law enforcement budget.
