Council approves routine finance reports, tables 2025 appropriations after first reading; senior-center management resolution passes

In new business, Mr. Ferguson introduced an ordinance adopting calendar year 2025 annual appropriations and moved to add it to the agenda for first reading; council voted to add the ordinance and conducted a first reading but the measure will lie over to a future meeting for further consideration.
