Sunrise Engineering: sidewalks, storage tank and north waterline projects moving toward February bids

Robert Hood, representing Sunrise Engineering, told the council that both Thayne Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) sidewalk/pathway and lighting projects are under review for extensions. He said the town’s storage tank project permits have been approved and that the project is scheduled to be advertised for bids in February 2019.
Hood further reported that the North Waterline Project remains active; staff are still working on an easement with Salt River Propane, and that project also is scheduled to be bid in February 2019.
Council and staff discussion focused on ongoing easement work and permitting timelines; no formal vote or funding authorization for these capital projects was recorded at the meeting.
