- Resolution No. 2025-53 (adopted): Authorizing certain amendments to the 2025 Appropriation Resolution and transfers of appropriated items. Motion to adopt by Renell Noack; roll call unanimous.
- Resolution No. 2025-54 (adopted): Requesting that the Summit County Fiscal Officer advance to the Village, in 2026, monies from the proceeds of tax levies for tax year 2025. Motion to adopt by Renell Noack; roll call unanimous.
- Resolution No. 2025-55 (adopted): Confirming the Mayor's appointment of Kara Dolansky to the position of Assistant Director of Finance. Motion to adopt by Kevin Lewis; roll call unanimous.
Law Director Brad Bryan read each resolution by title. Council votes to suspend the three-reading rule preceded each adoption and were approved by unanimous roll calls. Later in the meeting, Council entered an executive session under Section 121.22(G)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code to consider employee compensation and exited the session before adjourning.
