Wiscasset Select Board approves warrants, appointments and waterfront fees; places site-plan wording change on June warrant

The board approved two committee appointments. Elissa Eason moved to appoint Sherri Dunbar to the Ordinance Review Committee; the motion passed 5-0-0. Eason moved to appoint David Sutter to the Appeals Board; the motion passed 4-0-1, with Chair Sarah Whitfield recorded as abstaining.
During a public hearing opened at 6:05 p.m. and closed at 6:11 p.m., the board considered proposed waterfront fees and then voted to approve them 5-0-0. There were no public comments recorded in the provided minutes.
On unfinished business the Ordinance Review Committee’s recommendation to change Article VIII, Site Plan Review, section VIII-6(B)(7)(b) — defining a time frame for when a boundary survey can be considered "recent" — was approved and the board voted to place the question on the Annual Town Meeting warrant in June (vote 5-0-0).
