Hidden Lake Association approves minutes, rolls over 15-month CD and reviews accounts

The Hidden Lake Association board met Jan. 21 at the Davis Public Library and approved the December meeting minutes after a single edit concerning burn-pile availability.
Treasurer Fern Fisher presented the association's balances, reporting HLA checking of $126,543.87, a Rainy Day fund of $15,622.22, a Waterfront fund of $7,986.25 and several certificates of deposit across 12-, 15- and 18-month terms. Fisher said some amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Recreation Director Mikki Falcone moved to rollover the 15-month CD; Vice President Marc Belland seconded the motion and the board approved it. President Chris Vachon said he plans to purchase two additional CDs, one to hold unspent road monies and one for unspent playground monies, once outstanding checks are processed.
The board set its next meeting for Feb. 18 and adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
