Guffey Charter School board approves agenda, minutes and monitoring report

At its Oct. 9, 2024 meeting, the Guffey Community Charter School Board approved routine governance items and acknowledged administrator monitoring reports.
Lawrence Epps moved and Amy Owen seconded to approve the meeting agenda; the motion carried with four ayes. Amy Owen moved and Lawrence Epps seconded to approve the minutes of the Sept. 11, 2024 regular meeting; that motion carried with four ayes. Amy Owen moved and Beth Hall seconded approval of the consent agenda; that motion carried with four ayes.
The board discussed Administrator monitoring reports E-2, EL-3, EL-4 and EL-8. Amy Owen moved and Lawrence Epps seconded to acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report; the board recorded four ayes on that motion.
Before adjournment, Dean Wilson was present and Amy Owen moved, Lawrence Epps seconded to adjourn; the motion carried with five ayes and the meeting adjourned at 5:14 p.m.
