Baltimore County ACC approves meeting schedule through December 2026

Committee members set the calendar for the year with meetings scheduled at 12:00 p.m. in Room 118 of the Baltimore County Historic Courthouse and by WebEx on June 5, July 10 (moved to accommodate the July 4 holiday), Aug. 7, Sept. 4, Oct. 2, Nov. 6 and Dec. 4. The committee also noted a tentative Jan. 8, 2027 meeting date.
Why it matters: establishing the schedule helps ensure quorum planning and gives the public and staff notice of meeting dates and times. Members discussed conflicts and individual availability for June and July dates before taking the vote.
Committee member Christopher Suie moved to adopt the remaining dates; another committee member seconded the motion. The chair called the question and members present assented to the motion.
The committee also discussed onboarding for a recently appointed replacement member, whose term begins June 1; staff will provide access to evidence.com and other materials so the new member can review cases before the next meeting.
The group adjourned after confirming the calendar and will meet next on June 5, 2026, at noon in Room 118 and by WebEx.
