The board approved the Selectmen meeting minutes from Aug. 25, 2025 (recorded as Approved 2-0), Warrants #10 (Sept. 2) and #11 (Sept. 5) (recorded as Approved 3-0), the Treasurer’s Report dated Sept. 5, 2025 (Approved 3-0), and the Tax Collector’s Report dated Sept. 5, 2025 (Approved 3-0). The minutes list account balances including the Trio-General Ledger balance of $461,904.18, a six‑month CD of $105,382.87, and investment account market values listed as $3,522,980.90 and $2,977,111.23 for two prior dates.
Representatives from Bar Harbor Bank & Trust provided information about the town’s investment account; the minutes list J. Testa and J. Pratt (BHBT) in attendance and associate them with the portfolio briefing. During public comment, P. Barto said Acadia National Park provided data showing “a 16.6% increase of visitors to Schoodic Point this year.” Public commenter S. Fortin asked for a copy of the documents provided by the bank.
