Dave Grieco, who accepted the Treasurer position at the meeting, agreed to solicit $350 sponsorships for each film; the minutes note that Overstory Restoration has already committed to sponsoring one screening. The committee also agreed two volunteers will be needed for each movie and approved purchasing a new screen, budgeted at about $200.
