Residents urge data‑center moratorium and question proposed kennel law

Andrew Bertrand questioned the draft kennel law, saying it seems to single out certain people and recommending that kennel matters be addressed through zoning or enforced by the State Police rather than via the proposed local law.
The board later agreed not to set a public hearing for Local Law #1 (Kennel Law) until the Clinton County Planning Board has reviewed and approved the draft.
