Board procedure: Each funding request was made as a separate motion (motions moved and seconded by Mr. Eaton and Mr. Buck in various orders) and recorded in the minutes as a request that the Town Manager include the amount in the proposed FY27 budget recommendation. These motions do not themselves appropriate funds; they direct the manager to include the items in the budget proposal for the Select Board’s consideration and for subsequent public review and vote.
