The board accepted a $3,000 TIF recommendation for The Town Line by motion of Thomas Rumpf and second of Wayne Chadwick; that motion passed 3-2. Several Town Office Committee items (Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, China Community Days, KVCOG) were tabled for a future meeting.
