Noviski emphasized that municipal grants require strict RFO/RFP tracking and that missing an annual application window delays access to grant funds for a year.
Separately, staff reported that Brannon's is preparing an estimate for required well work. The minutes note an EPA grant application is pending and that grant activity was delayed over the holiday period; the wetlands permit abstract is up to date. The board was told the project can move forward once Sam signs the required paperwork.
