Guffey board approves agenda, minutes and consent items; schedules executive session for administrator evaluation
Summary
During its Dec. 11 meeting the Guffey Community Charter School Board approved the agenda, the Nov. 13 minutes and the consent agenda (all motions passed 5-0), and scheduled an executive session on Jan. 8, 2025 for the Administrator evaluation, which Lawrence Epps will chair.

Chris Peterson moved and Lawrence Epps seconded to approve the meeting agenda; the motion carried with five ayes. Lawrence Epps then moved and Dean Wilson seconded to approve the minutes from the Nov. 13, 2024 regular meeting; that motion carried 5-0. Lawrence Epps moved and Beth Hall seconded to approve the consent agenda; that motion also passed 5-0.
The minutes record that Lawrence Epps will chair the Jan. 8, 2025 meeting and that the agenda for that meeting should include an executive session to discuss the Administrator evaluation. The record does not include the evaluation materials or additional details about the executive session.
Beth Hall moved and Lawrence Epps seconded to adjourn; the motion carried 5-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
