Gaylord board hires transportation and HR directors, approves multiple administrator contracts

Members discussed adding a "step 10" to director contracts intended as a retention incentive. Trustees said district financial data and administrative-cost ratios supported the change; a board member referenced publicly available school data as part of that review. No trustee blocked the change and the director contracts were approved.
