Matthew Martin, the board chair, moved to approve Dr. Lefkowitz’s candidacy; Diana Page seconded. The motion carried and the board will submit a proposal to the Select Board, which has final appointment authority.
The recommendation fills an available alternate slot and must be ratified at a future Select Board meeting. The Planning Board recorded the action as part of its May 13 minutes; the next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026.
