The Blue Hill Planning Board elected Matthew Martin as chair and Gavin Riggall as vice chair during its April 8 meeting.
Scott Blanchard nominated Matthew Martin for chair and Marcia McKeague seconded; the board approved the nomination by a 4-0 vote with Martin abstaining from the vote on his own nomination. Martin then nominated Gavin Riggall for vice chair; Diana Page seconded and the motion passed 4-0 with Riggall abstaining.
The board also voted to approve the previous meeting’s minutes; Diana Page moved to approve, Scott Blanchard seconded, and the motion carried unanimously, 5-0. The Board mentioned that members of the public may volunteer to serve as alternate members who can vote when a regular member is absent and can participate in application discussions; interested residents were directed to contact the CEO or the Board.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m., and adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
