Selectboard approves $51,964.52 general fund warrant, water warrant and routine appointments

The Selectboard voted to approve routine financial and administrative items at its April 23 meeting.
Amy Gutow moved to approve the General Fund Warrant for $51,964.52 covering 71 bills and 57 vendors; the motion passed 3-0. The warrant includes a $24,000 payment to move the CFRD repeater to the Transfer Station cell tower. The board also approved a Water Warrant for $880, 3-0.
The board approved minutes from April 7, April 11 (T/G meeting notes) and April 14, each by recorded motion and unanimous vote. The board approved an MVU application for Portable Pie Place to serve hand pies at the Town Dock on July 5, 2025, after a motion by Amy Gutow and second by Dan Leader; the motion passed 3-0.
Appointments made included Lawrence Rosen to the CHPC (term expiring 6/2025) and Suzanne d'Corsey to the Tree Committee (term expiring 6/2025); appointments were approved 3-0. The Town Clerk noted annual appointment cycles explain the short expiration dates through June 2025.
The board adjourned at 5:17 PM following these routine agenda items.
