The council adopted:
- Resolution 2026-55 authorizing an agreement with Gary Pearlman a/k/a Dr. Awesome, Inc. for Home Days entertainment (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-56 authorizing a contract with Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. for summer movie nights (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-57 authorizing Burgess & Niple for design services for the Wyatt Road culvert replacement (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-58 authorizing payment of certain professional and other bills (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-59 authorizing participation with Segwick in the Ohio Treasurers Group retrospective rating program for 2027 (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-60 declaring necessity to provide street lighting for multiple subdivisions (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
- Resolution 2026-61 authorizing purchase of a SCAG Cheetah mower from North Royalton Power Equipment (suspend rules and adopt, roll call unanimous).
Why it matters: The package clears logistical steps for community events this summer, funds routine payments, advances a culvert design project and adds equipment for the Service Department.
