The committee also reported not having keys for several "break‑bar" interior doors and lacking keys other than for the flight planning room, which may require hiring a locksmith.
Members described building issues that had persisted since the previous summer: a kitchen stove whose clock keeps resetting and a computer room with no air exchange that becomes extremely warm. Committee members assigned removal of old gate posts to Pete Lehman and a contractor contact (Steve T.), noting the removal needs to occur before June but was delayed by equipment malfunction.
The committee discussed these items as part of routine project oversight; no formal vote or new budget allocation was made during the meeting. Committee members said Travis will check outstanding punch-list items later in the week.
