The group discussed practical distribution channels including inserting the survey in water and sewer bills and providing hard-copy forms at city offices. Committee member Chris Bartlett said he will contact Ella Kowal for recommendations on distribution.
The committee did not set final distribution dates or a deadline for survey returns during the meeting; members agreed to follow up and coordinate logistics outside the session.
